"Dangerous to place in your ear while driving."

The quality and ease of use are just not worth the price. If you use your phone in your car often, you need to have something more comfortable in your ear, with better volume power and control (this one only controlled by phone volume) The ear loop and...

Good reception.

No way ! I'm returning mine tomorrow. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO PLACE THIS DEVICE IN YOUR EAR WHILE DRIVING...YOU COULD CRASH ! It must be wiggled tightly into your ear, and the ear loop is complete junk, twists all over and pops off.
