Great product

Very pleased with product. Simple to use, reliable, cheap and no scrambling around to get the updated version of driver. Fed up with so-called skype phones etc. Thoroughly recommend this product.

Faulty mic

One year ago, I bought a Labtec headset and it worked very well. So I ordered the same product for my brother. Unfortunately, the earphone is working well but the mic is out of order. I am really worried about this purchase. No guranteed mic :(

cheap and more than cheerful
