Comfortable and has good sound reproduction, both through the mike and the earpphones. If purchasing for Skype user might consider buying the video product as headsets are often included with the camera for just slightly more.

This is a decent workhorse laptop that won't break the bank. We have about 20 of them under management, and other than a few that have finicky touchpads all of them are rock solid.

On the whole this unit is a good buy for business deployment. Cheap and Pretty reliable with performance.
