Labtec 980230-0403 Supra-aural Gaming Headset

When this one breaks all the way I will probably get another. For the $8 I paid this is hard to beat.

Cheap, works

Sound quality not great, clip and inline volume control are cheap. Not very comfortable if wearing for long periods of time. Swivel on mic no longer stays in place, mic is always all the way down

Decent

Would buy again, but rather spend a bit more for a better set.

Good Mic

Not much bass, doesn't go as loud as I'd want

Pure Awesome

Very good speakers, the bass on mines was actually efficient, that it vibrated until i couldn't stand it anymore ; very nice design and portability

A lil to small for online DJing but it works perfectly while playing fps games for unlimited playing time ; If only it was Over-The-Head, and a bit bigger

MisPriced?

I can't believe that the price for these headsets are so low... They work so well.

I have owned 4 other mics since my first one of these. I ripped the head phone wire out. The mic still works. The most expesive mic I have tried cost around $40. Friends nodiced the clarity of my voice drop when ever I tried a new mic. I am glad I...

the fuzzball mic tip wears out fast.. and speakers in headset arent that great

Eh

I got used to the buzzing for the most part, even though I bought 4, one disappered, one the dog chewed, another I accidently stepped on them with boots on, and the last one I got has that buzzing defect, but considering shipping is as much as the...

Cheap, good mic, worth the buy

Out of the four I bought, the right speaker buzzes on lower pitch sounds

can i still ship back and have a new one sent to me? also it did come within the 3 business days that newegg guarntees (ordered Wednesday and came Friday night but was displeased. box was half crushed (seems to happen with most the things i have bought...

Good Gaming headset. bought to replace my logitec (sorry if i spelled wrong) which came from wal-mart. no one complained when i first had it plugged in. good sound. comfortable after prolonged use (takes awhile getting used to).

after 2 days of being plugged in i got off Day of Defeat for an hour (was working fine) then went back in the game and mic was not working at all. i made sure everything was not muted (which it wasn't) so i tried rebooting. it still didn't work. after...

Great Headset

Can't beat it for the price, for 8 bucks this thing is a gem

cheap, good sound quality, comfortable behind the head design, what more can u ask for?

long cord(that could be a pro) but for me its a con because i dont need that much room, other than that this headset it fine, might be a little big for some people

Nice for the price

Although this headset isnt really made for listening to music... would be nice to have the option of a bassier sound...

Nice fit, sits well across ears, feels comfortable... volume and mute options, cord is plenty long enough, no worries about putting your head into the tower so you can listen to music or game...

As all the previous reviews say... it does have weak bass... doesnt really sound 'filling' its ok if you listen to a lot of rock or metal, being bass isnt a big part of the sound... but if you listen to rap or techno... you probably wouldnt like this...

They're ok at best

none

they look good and they fit comfortably behind neck

poor bass response, you should just buy the Logitech for another $5

Labtec Gaming

Cheap, soft ear cushins, and reasonably grand sound, great cause it's pretty comforatable all around, so great for gaming!

Low bass, and the fact that the mic off switch doesn't actually kill the mic all together, but rather puts a deep mute, so ppl can still hear you, just not that well.
