I have had good luck with Logitech products but not this time. Still under warranty but not worth spending shipping cost to RMA it.

For the inexpensive price these are a good set of headphones with mic. No complaints from people I was talking to and I was able to hear them clearly. Music sounded good as well...not as good as with a higher quality expensive pair of headphones but...

It was not more than 4 months before the left ear stopped working, and the head set does not like to stay on very well, it does not have any inward gripping force so if you turn your head down or too far to the left or right it tends to slip off
