Monster Mobile Jamz High Performance

After its success with the Turbine In-Ear Speakers and the Beats by Dr. Dre Tour , Monster Cable enters the rugged headphone market with the release of its Monster Mobile Jamz with ControlTalk in-ear headphones. Along with the classic Monster Jamz...

Robust metal build resonates sound and protects the earbuds; clear, deep lows; blocks outside sounds effectively.

Expensive; Monster sells superior SuperTips separately for $25; prone to tangles; remote incompatible with iPhone 3G.

Aside from a few complaints about the included eartips and the ControlTalk design, we recommend the Monster Mobile Jamz with ControlTalk in-ear headphones to mobile music lovers, casual listeners, and anyone looking to block out ambient noise with...

Monster Jamz Headphones Review

Chrome Design Headphones

The Monster Jamz Headphones are stylish earphones with a really attractive design. Another plus point of these head phones is that their cable is strong as compared to many other earphones accessible in the market

The Monster Jamz In-Ear Headphones do not easily fit into the ears of the users. Moreover majority of the users have complained about the quality of its sound being not very good

The Monster Jamz device does not provide value for money. The main reason behind this is the sound quality. One can easily acquire headphones with good quality of sound at a price ranging from 40 to 50 US Dollars. Spending more than $100 for this...

"Plug in and hold on. You'll be blown away!"

I recommend these to anyone with money to spend. I had a pair of Sennheiser CX 400 II but they broke on the first day. I am glad they did because I got these as a replacement and don't regret it at all! If you can get of the bass not being amazing then...

Amazing range! Lots of choice for the right fit of buds. High's and mid's are the best I have ever heard. You really feel safe with the solid metal feel of the product.

They take a while for the drives to become lose and relaxed enough to become there best. Bass isn't amazing although it makes you focus on the rest of the music.

"Overpriced poorly constructed."

Sound quality is ok at best. Plug of cord separates very easily, already having short problems with cord after 2 months of light use, cord coated in rubbery material that tangles very easily. Can't recommend.

Has nice little bag for buds. Comfortable fit.

The cord. The plug. cord is very short.

Monster Jamz In-Ear Headphones

The Monster Jamz In-Ear Headphones feature bomb-proof build quality and a super-sweet sound that pounds any competitor under AU$200 into the ground.

Hard-to-break metal housing ; Value for money ; Detailed mids and sweet treble ; Give competitors up to AU$300 a run for their money

Short cable ; Lean bass ; Not suited to noisy environments

With amazing build quality and a super-sweet sound the Monsters lord it over competition from Shure and Ultimate Ears for the same price. As such, the Monster Jamz are one of the best in-ears under AU$200.

Back in the June issue of Australian Macworld I did a massive Lab Test in which I reviewed 24 sets of earphones, ranging from $19.95 to $249.95 (available here).

Great sound; good value

Not for bass addicts

Monster jamz w/control talk

I honestly don't understand how people are giving these things bad reviews? Really? I've been using them for a month or so now and I have to say they're fantastic. I used Bose IE2 and skull candy titans previously... While I liked the Bose and the...

Proof that name brand means more than quality

These headphones need to be avoided. The sound quality is very poor. It can be improved a bit by adjusting the ear piece, and they do provide a lot of options for sizenand comfort. The important piece for headphones of this type is to ensure a proper...
