microphone mute issues

The microphone mute keeps getting activated and I can't get it de-activated so I can't make calls and I can't receive calls using my bluetooth.

Uncomfortable; Lost ear cushions

I received this as a Christmas present and I loved it at first. It was easy to set up with my phone. All I had to do is charge it, turn on my phone's bluetooth, and turn on the headset. After a few uses I changed the ear cushion to the more 'ergonomic'...

What's up with the ear cushions Motorola

When I bought the H620, the box claimed that I would get a car charger. There was no car charger. The ear cushions fall off easy. I lost both cushions before the first month was over. Can't find replacements. What's up with that Motorola. How hard...

Pretty Decent Headset

I've been using this for about 2 months. It has good sound quality and is comfortable to wear. A few times I forgot I had it on my ear. It did disconnect a couple of times but no big deal. I think it's worth the money.

Ear cushions fall off, Uncomfortable

Beware of ear cushions

The small rubber ear cushions loosen very easily and have a tendency to fall off. Once you lose them, they can not be replaced. Motorola does not sell replacement ear cushions.

i bought this to use in the car.one of the main selling points was the included rapid car charger. unfortunately, it doesn't actually come with the car charger. it's not just a fluke, either. i talked to an employee at the store and was told that none...
