Very poorly made product from my experience

Pleas see the CONS.

The size and convienence of the ear bud

The on/off switch on the first one broke off after 6 months of use ; After only 4 months the second one won't shut off at all and will not connect to my phone anymore

IRRITATED! bought 2 same day; neither works

We were so excited to get this new bluetooth. I've used a bluetooth for years now and wouldn't be on my cell phone without one. Previous headsets were bulky and the fit was always floppy and loose. The sleekness of the H390 was definitely a selling...

Upgraded" from Motorola H505; love the size of H390 and the fit; sound is clear as well

Calls keep going back & forth from headset to handset; at times there's a void in sound when conversation cannot be heard at all. Returning both to Best Buy

Good Fit - Many Functions - Muffled Sound

It doesn't matter how good the fit or how numerous the features. If you can't make out what is being said, then it's useless. Motorola sent me a replacement that was exactly the same! Keep looking if you want a good bluetooth headset. BTW I have a...

It fit me very well and withstood head shaking without moving. Several useful functions accessed by specific pressings of the volume and call buttons

The sound is awful - like a voice through a pillow. Lots of bass, no treble, so background noise makes it impossible to understand speech. The on/off button is shiny, smooth, rounded and virtually impossible to operate for someone without nails

Good sound and fit, broke with less than 6 months use.

Motorola Bluetooth construction is poor. This is my third Motorola bluetooth, name brand was a consideration in purchase, but now two have broken in less than a year of normal use.. Might be time to switch brands.

Boiught for my wife. Easy to setup and pair, multiple light indicators tell you level of battery charge. Easy controls, wife says it is comfortable for her. Pretty good sound

On-off switch came off after less than 6 months.. Not broken but cannot reinsert so it stays in place. No warranty, Motorola says normal wear. Found same prob by reviewerm his power switch broke after less than a year. Too bad, now it's useless

Sound quality great, poor manufacturing

I loved the product, but after being told that using the product voids your warranty I am no longer going to buy any Motorola products. I was pointed to the warranty which reads: "Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear...

Crystal clear sound

I turned mine on and the power switch came off. Motorola will not do anything because they consider normal wear and tear a reason to void warranty

Sound quality what I hear is not great.

Not particular happy with it.. It is my first bluetooth headset. I think I may return it and get a better one.

Simple design. It's not some flashy colour

Sound quality I hear from ear piece is not great

Lightweight, good sound quality

There are much snazzier sets out there, but for day to day use and in the car, this headset is perfect for the job.

On sale, good price, good send and receive sound quality, light weight, charges quickly, long talk time

Little uncomfortable on inner ear, but I haven't tried any other earpiece cushions yet, so may be okay there too
