"Looks betterthan it works"

I love the aesthetic design, it's comfort, ease of use,flip Boom that is supposed to turn it on or off and make it possible to quickly switch to bluetooh from a handset initiated call.
Battery life, has problems with crackling when I use voice commands with my Samsung Alias. I can't get the call waiting feature to work, after following the instructions to the last detal.
