Clear and strong on volume and voice transmission. It's hands free and does voice calling

This is a great product, i tried different brands and i came back to this Motorola, this is the best headset for the price. This is my third motorola i used, the previous two died approximately after 2 years

I looked all around and this is the only bluetooth I've found that doesn't require putting something inside the ear. It's easy to use, fast to put on and off and fits easily over the ear. Previous models (I've had two) had some background noise issues...

Ease of use and length of battery time

Switching from the bluetooth to the handset while talking to someone- I haven't figured out a good way to do it w/o disrupting the conversation- there may be a way, but I don't know how to do it! ;)

Had one of these before, love it. My first one went through the washing machine :( Searched and searched for another one just like it because I really liked the performance and ease of use. Use it with my iPhone 3GS.
