Motorola S9 David Beckham Fitness Music Pack

By Chris Hall (pocket-lint.co.uk)

Training buddy or pain in the neck?

Great sound, convenience of music and calls, weather proofing, simple controls

Can be uncomfortable, occasional drop out, armband not the best

Something of a mixed bag, the Fitness Music Pack from Motorola, adorned by David Beckham, is an evolution of the S9 headset rather than a considered final solution

Review: Motorola S9 stereo Bluetooth headphones

By Matthew Ruiz (infosyncworld.com)

The S9 is certainly one of the cooler-looking Bluetooth sets we've seen. Did it deliver the goods?

Easy setup, minimal drops of signal, attractive design.

Buds hurt ears after only 30 minutes, poor sound quality on music playback.

Lightwieght, stylish, comfortable for long use(not by everyone, but I find them great), stable fit(don't bounce around alot), awesome controls, sound quality more than passable

Battery life could be improved, connection break issues near other 2.4Ghz devices(there are alot of these: cordless phones, wireless networks, other BT devices)

"Great Headphones! Call Answer/Music Stop/Restart A Plus"

By sjcruiser36 (cnet.com)

These are great headphones. I'll be replacing...

I got theS-9's for a birthday present last July. I wear them mainly when cutting the grass and walking the dogs. The sound volume is great. The bluetooth is easy to pair with the Q, Treo and Instinct. Music comes in clear and telephone calls are ok.

Background noise from callers, but I didn't notice anything. Tight around ears/head. Can be a little unfortable for larger heads. A little over a year and the forward/rewind buttons stopped working for no reason (luckily I got a 3rd party warranty)
