Is there any part of the item that's suitable for average use? The buds struggle to stay in the ear. The sound quality is no different from listening through empty soup cans. This is might be one of the worst products I've ever purchased from Amazon.

I purchased this headset specifically because it came with an adapter that would have allowed it to work with my Sony Xperia X10 Mini Pro. When it arrived, the adapter was not included in the packaging. I returned it.

This device is more than adequate for hands free communication. The earpieces hang well in your ears and the mic picks up with wonderful sensitivity. Much better than any hang on your ear, wireless device I have tried. Great value for the money!
