Very disappointed

I bought two of these boys for Christmas in 2011 and in less than 3 months both of these headphones fell apart. They weren't under heavy use; hell, they didn't even come out of the box until two months after they got them, and they couldn't stay held...

Lightweight, comfortable, affordable

Cheaply made, not durable in the least ; Not USB, but that can't be expected on everything

PLANTRONICS 80933-01 3.5mm Connector Headset

I use this headset for gaming (mic only) and for music and movies (headphones only). I have Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium sound card and the sound quality is excellent.

Very comfortable for the price. The cord is 6.5 feet long. Gold plated plugs

The plastic packaging is very difficult to open. Using scissors took me about 30 minutes to open the package

works fine

This is my second set. First set lasted over a year, after dropping it and rolling over the wires with my desk chair a number of times, it finally gave out. I would buy again.

Basic headset with decent sound. Good if you want to use your headset jacks, instead of USB. Cheap enough that you can just buy another one if you break them

Only con is that when new, they are a little tight. After some time, the headband loosen up though

No Good For dictation

I bought this after reading a number of reviews with the intention of using it with Dragon Naturally Speaking. It may be ok for SKYPE etc but for Dragon it's absolutely useless. The microhone boom isn't long enough and does not adjust enough to be able...
