Great so far...

The headset seems to have a sturdy construction. My only suggestion would be for Plantronics to provide a carry case for the headset. I travel a lot and wish that I had a carry case to protect the headset.

I have been using this headset for about a week now and so far so good. I use this headset for work in conjunction with a VoIP software on my laptop. No issues installing or using the device. I can hear my calls clearly and had had no complaints...
