This is so extremely uncomfortable. I can't wear it for more than 15 minutes at a time and when in a day long conference call this is frustrating. It's not worth the money.

I've got a Plantronics binaural headset C620-M -- sounds great, and nice buttons on the USB cord (volume & mute), but it squeezes my head too tight. Wouldn't want to wear it for long periods.

This is a simple plug and play headset that works well with MS Lync. It fits comfortably over the ears and sounds very clear. The volume control is easy to operate.

Very comfortable wear. Does not feel the uncomfortable after long hours of use.

it's a good product. I really like the headphones.

Microphone works however no sound comes thru the ear pieces. I will return the product.
