It's been mentioned in other reviews, but this headset is a tad quiet. Fine in my office and has good range to the main base unit. But I'd struggle to hear if there was a lot of other noise about the place.

Have been using Plantronics C65 in my office for over five years and this is an invaluable piece of equipment. It's excellent. Have just purchased another headset for my other office and would highly recommend this to anyone.
