Read the compatibility list before buying.

Works great. But only if you use it with the supplied client list

I bought it thinking the keypad would default to a generic keyboard so you could try to use it with a generic SIP client ; But only the microphone and speaker work as an audio device with generic clients

Good Sound Quality : Wish the Mic had a speaker on it

The sound quality of this phone has been great. I opted for the additional mic, however it is a mic only and not a Mic/Speaker. Which they would have made it a Mic / Speaker for real flexibility.
