Works well in a small office environment. Surprising reception and distance

Setup with a phone system that accepts headsets was complicated and didn't work correctly ; There is some noticeable echo when you put the headset volume to max. Bit of an annoyance if your not use to it

The ear piece is very comfortable and comes with a couple of different ear covers(foam, ect.) The sound quality is far better then your standard office phone. It has volume controls and a mute button on the headset for when your away from your desk,...

It is slightly heavier then I would like, but this negative is canceled by the fact that it can be placed on either ear
