Our staff really appreciated how quickly this product arrived. The packaging was a bit excessive (extra room in the shipping box for such a small item), but it was delivered fast and with no problems.

We were using the Plantronics CS55 model headsets. There is always the worry that the newer models will be more complicated and less user friendly. That was not the case though. They work great! I plan to order several more!
