Plantronics Explorer 395 Bluetooth Headset

The Plantronics Explorer 395 is a great entry-level Bluetooth headset, as long as you stick to quieter environments.

The Plantronics Explorer 395 is a comfortable and easy-to-use Bluetooth headset with a dedicated power switch and an affordable price

We wish the Plantronics Explorer 395 came with extra earbud sizes. It doesn't have very good noise-canceling features

Plantronics Explorer 395 Review

We've been impressed with Plantronics last few Bluetooth headsets, finding the company's DSP offers a decent balance of background noise reduction while not making callers sound hopelessly artificial. What happens when Plantronics tries to do DSP on a...

If you regularly make hands-free calls, or both cell and VoIP calls, you should probably look to higher models in Plantronics’ range (or elsewhere); they support multi-point pairing with more than one device simultaneously, and we’ve found their DSP is...

Plantronics Explorer 395

The Plantronics Explorer 395 brings good sound quality and high style to a very affordable price point: $49.99, just half of the list price of our former Editors' Choice winner, the Plantronics Voyager Pro ($99.99, ). It's a great choice for a...

Comfortable. Clear sound. Simple, reliable control scheme. Good value

Ineffective noise canceling. One-size-fits-all design. Can't pair with more than one device simultaneously

The Plantronics Explorer 395 offers well-balanced sound quality and a comfortable, easy-to-use design, but get something better if you need good noise suppression.

Plantronics Explorer 395 Bluetooth headset review

At Engadget, we're used to playing with premium Bluetooth headsets like the Jabra Stone and Jawbone Icon, so it's only natural this $49.95 Plantronics

Good build quality ; Stylish design ; Affordable

No noise cancellation ; Fixed earbud and ear loop ; Cheap packaging

Plantronics Explorer 395 (Review)

When it comes to high-end communication accessories, the name Plantronics just about always comes up. Typically, Plantronics products are on the more expensive side as they are primarily targeted towards businesses. However, more recently, the company...

Plantronics Explorer 395 Bluetooth Headset Review

The Plantronics Explorer 395 is the company's newest reasonably priced bluetooth headset. Now before I go any further, to put this review into full perspective, I'm also the Moderator at HowardForums for all things Bluetooth. I sadly own more headsets...

A sliding power on/off switch! Good voice clarity in quiet environments

Sliding power switch "red for off" is a little confusing. DSP noise reduction and wind resistance not the greatest, but not surprising at this price. Glossy finish picks up grime

Plantronics Explorer 395 - a Bluetooth headset for everyday use

While it doesn't offer the audio quality you get with more expensive technology, the Plantronics Explorer 395 is comfortable to wear, simple to use and offers reasonable-quality audio for its price

Comfortable, appealing price

Some audio quality issues

Plantronics Explorer 395 Bluetooth headset

Looking for a basic Bluetooth headset?

Price, clear calling, simple to use

Overall, for less than £30 you can't really knock the Plantronics Explorer 395. It does what it says it will do, and it does it well. It's basic, for sure, but do you really need a feature-ridden Bluetooth headset? If you're looking for a first time...

Two Bluetooth Items : Plantronics Explorer 395 & E-blue A2DP Bluetooth Audio Receiver

First a rather nice small Bluetooth earpiece from Plantronics. The other item is from Brando those clever USB people in Hong Kong; it is a natty Bluetooth Audio receiver to allow you to remove the wires from almost any audio device.

It is 5x1.5x2cm this does include the clear plastic hook that fits over the ear to keep the unit in place once twisted into position in the ear. Not only is this small but also very light at only 10grams. It is black with silvered edges and a silver...

"Generally like, but it it is unreliable"

I'm wondering if I just got a bad one and I should exchange it, or if I should pay more for a better model.

I like the look, fit and feel of it and the sound when, it is working fine. And the price was great.

Suddenly, in the middle of a conversation, the sound will become garbled and I have to quickly turn it off and hold my phone to my ear, telling my caller to hold on because I can't hear them. Then, after I turn it back on the next call is fine. This happe
