Used in home-based business and works great

I have a home-based business which requires a high call volume and the calls always come in very clear, easy to use, and adapts to most any calling systems. I'm on my second one now and I have tried other, but they just didn't measure up to the quality...

Good Headset

Compatiable with Cisco 7940 Series phones ; Easy to install and operate ; Fits comfortably on my head ; Used non-stop for 4 days while in a training course

None that I have experienced except for the price. Lets face it, the unit is a headset. You could probably get one for $20 that would work just as well

people can't hear me

I work in a large enterprise that makes extensive use of plantronics headsets. While many of the higher-grade headsets work great, this headset is notorious for not picking up people's voices. It is impossible to get the boom microphone well...

good, but not as i hoped

I had a plantronics headset with the faux leather ears and they are much softer and more comfortable than these, but I had to replace it because a wire inside the headset got kinked or something. This version is a little tighter on my head so it hurts...
