Great product but cannot adjust volume.

This product is being used in an office setting where multitasking is required. This allows the worker to talk to the claimant while typing on the computer.

We had some noise issues (like static) with some other low-end Plantrronice headphones when used with Cisco VOIP pones... but the users really like these.

Great Price

You will need an amplifier in order to get this to work. You will need the Vista M22 if you have Rolm phones. I only wish that was listed in the requirements for this (maybe it was and i didn't see it)

Excellent headset

These work great on an ASTRA 480e telephone. the amplifier is built into the phone; and these headsets sound great, are comfortable to wear, and people do not know your using a headset when you speak with them.
