I love this hands free set. I lost mine and can't wait to get another one. The I hestiated to get it because I was worried about it feeling like a clip on earing (OUCH!) but you can't even tell it's there. This also prevents the ear part from falling...

Practical headset

We have three of these headsets and keep them in the car, in jackets, workbag, etc, and I just ordered two more. We have had our first one for more than a year and have had no problems with it not working or breaking. The retractable cord works great....

lasted one year - shorted out

My earpiece lasted about one year. The retractible feature is not as handy as it appears. The cord is too thin, and even with gentle use, it shorted out quicker than cheaper ear buds that I've owned.
