Plantronics S12 Headset System

This headset system is perfect for any office and easy to use. You can switch easily from the headset to the earpiece, or to the regular phone even when it's connected.

Plantronics S12 Headset System

This uses the same firefly headset in other plantronics products. It's only difference is the connector. The unit is overpriced for what it does, but it *does* what it says it will do. Too bad there is echo in the headset. It's very distracting when...

Works great!!!

This phone works great. The only issue I have is I wish the volume went higher and it had a speaker built into it for when you didnt want to use the headset. It works great and is a good phone.

Buzzing Sound

Would be nice if it worked. Will try a replacement.

No power required for it, long cords, simple design, nice big mute button

Buzzing sound many have complain of, poor sound quality, very thin headset cord, head set is a phone jack, not 3.5mm, making it impossible to replace. No way to turn ringer off
