Excellent Headset

One of the two I bought came with a dead charger, Plantronics replaced the charger within two business days. Two thumbs up to customer service for Plantronics. If you've had problems in the past with low volume on other headsets, this is by far the...

Bought two of these one for me, one for the wifey. Excellent call quality, the in ear design really improves the sound clarity especially if you are on the go a lot. Multiple ear piece sizers allows for my wife to use her's comfortably and mine I use...

Some folks will be turned off by the in ear design

NOT WORTH $5

One of the worst headsets ive EVER used. I have had 2 other plantronics, a motorola, Bluetake, and some other brand. Out of them all, the Plantroncs 340 was the best of them all but its an old model. Put your $ towards a jawbone or a Plantronics 520....

Style and packaging, customer service from Plantronics

The way it sits in your ear, the non-adjustable ear loop, AudioIQ ""noise filter"" is a marketing ploy. Distance. Buttons It is borderline painful and outright uncomfortable to wear.

Wow my cheap one sounds MUCH better

Once you find a good fit and sound headset Stick with it. The only reason I bought this is because I got it Locally so I could return it Easily and because of the previous quality of the plaintronics headsets I have owned.

Looks cool, fast pairing. Good battery life

Junk. 2 cans and a string would sound better, does not fit well in my ear the ear clip is to small and easy to fall off. I have heard better sound out of a old am radio with half dead battery's. I would expected a LOT more out of plaintronics. I am...

PLANTRONICS Voyager815 Bluetooth Headset - Retail

If I could return this headset, I would. It was just a complete waste of money.

Sound quality was adequate and the sliding mic was nice.

Doesn't fit in my ear very well, even with the ear hook and trying different sized earbuds. Since I really don't like it, I haven't used it in a few weeks. Now the unit is completely DEAD. It won't charge.

Two cans and string

The only good thing about this headset is the design

Incoming calls sound like you are using two cans and a string, on the other end I am told that the sound quality is like listening to someone talk from the toilet. I have the Voyager 512 and I should have just replaced it with another 510

Not worth it

I don't recommend this headset.

Can sync to two phones at one time

A lot of times the audio quality isn't very good. There are crackling noises at times. Other times the audio seems quite good. Battery life is terrible. I don't talk on it much but I have to charge it about every 3-4 days. The stated standby time is...

Love the design

This is my second bluetooth headset. My first was an Avixe BTH11. It was comfortable with good range, clarity and easy to use. But, it was cheaply made and the mic broke off within a few months. The Avixe beat this headset for ease of use as the call...

Nice overall design, extendable boom, can wear without an earhook, lightweight, and good sound quality

Voice dial function is a little tough. I'm used to hitting the button once and voice dialing. The 815 requires a three count and then gives me a tone. The problem is, if you wait too long, the tone is telling you it is shutting off. The silicon earbuds...

Followup

The number is getting very low

After some more use I find that the call control button is a real problem. Most times i must press very hard to get any response. I can't tell if the device is activated or not. When I remove the device from my ear and activate it then return it things...
