Plantronics Voyager Legend

Plantronics has been in the communications business since the dawn of the Jet Age and heady days of the Apollo space program. This experience shows in the company's latest premium Bluetooth headset, the $99.99 Voyager Legend. It's sure not a modest...

Lighter and less bulky than other boom-style headsets, the Plantronics Voyager Legend has superb audio quality and a well-crafted, comfortable design.

The Plantronics Voyager Legend's big boom mic arm isn't compact. Its ear tips don't form a tight audio seal.

The $99.99 Plantronics Voyager Legend big boom microphone isn't for the fashion conscious but its superb call audio quality and comfortable fit make it an excellent buy.

"Big disappointment"

Well I bought this POS based on reviews from CNET so I thought it appropriate to come back and let them know the error of their ways.

It didn't explode

CNET reviewed this POS as one of the best

"Sounds Very Familiar"

I can't rate the Voyager Legend because I don't have it but I do have the Pro+ and I was looking to upgrade to the Legend but after reading the reviews, I'm having 2nd & 3rd thoughts. The same issues that I'm having with the Pro+ are being reported...

Love the fit! This was the first earpiece that I could wear all day and not be bothered with how it felt on my ear. I loved how the earbud didn't totally protrude inside my ear canal.

I Cant't Hear My Callers!

"Don't even waste your money with the idea."

I agree one hundred percent with Supermandru. Didn't mean to buy it, I bought it on hammacher and schlemmer and had no idea it was platronics or i'd have not even given it a second thought. We've had platronics in the past and they're terrible. I've...

Noise cancellation is great. Fiance and I both talk on a regular on bluetooth headsets and he said it was great.

User audio is TERRIBLE. I didn't find it to be comfortable with any of the fitted ear pieces (not necessarily their fault). Even with it being brand new i can't keep it paired even when i initiate a call from it!! It'll disconnect suddenly.

"Outgoing audio: good. Incoming audio: No good."

This headset reminded me why I gave up Plantronics 3 years ago. The noise cancelation, and audio the Legend picks up is top notch. Extremely clear, and more than satisfactory.

Noise cancelation, battery life, and comfort are fantastic.

Incoming audio is typical of plantronics headsets. The audio on the receiving end is ridden with static, and cuts out constantly. The headset has extremely limited range.

"Does not work with iphone 5"

I am a former road warrior, have used BT devices for years. The Jabra BT250 was one of the best but is no longer made. Bought this one for the over-the-ear design since they don't tend to fall off your head/ear when you lean your head over. It is a...

Stays on ear, clear sound. Very good noixe cancelling overall. Hands free features are great. Control buttons well placed and easily accessed. Good product, pairs fast with phone.

Does not work fully with iPhone5. Ear gels do not fit into ear canal. Obtrusive, bulky, but functional, design. No protective case or holder (minor issue)

While it might appear that some people are talking to themselves, it could be that they are using a Bluetooth headset linked to their mobile phone

When it comes to Bluetooth headsets Plantronics spreads its net wide by developing products for different aspects of the market. For the entry level customer, it offers its M25 and M55 models while mid-range is covered by the Marque and Marque 2...
