Great headset!

This headset is a passthrough powered usb headset, with pretty good audio range. The soundstage is VERY good for gaming, after using the calibration setup that is on the synapse 2 software I can accurately tell where gunshots are coming from during...

If you wear them wrong (IE backwards) The headset WILL stab you in the top of your head... I did have to stretch them for a good couple hours before it was comfortable

Great headset!

Compared to my old logitech g430, these are hella loud, very full of bass.

Loud and clear. Deep rich sounds

Kind of small on the ear

Good at first... But...

When the mic was working, it had really nice sound quality and mic quality, i really like the retractable mic

5 days after the RMA replacement date, the left side doesnt produce any sound anymore. bummed out that i cant replace it, but be wary when you buy this product. try to get 2-3 year warranty or something

Great No Frills PSU

Very loud, the virtual surround is pretty cool

Build quality could be a little better to be honest but we see this alot with razer products. still a great value at around a hundred bucks. also would have liked to see a bit more cable length

Disappointment

I have never been so disappointed with a Razer product in my life. I've owned a Lachesis, Taipan, and Blackwidow all of which I've loved. Yet this headset singlehandedly destroyed my faith in the future of this company. My advice to them is to spend...

Presentation, packaging, overall aesthetics

Uncomfortable. My point of reference is a Logitech G930, and a Audio Technica M50. Both are much more comfortable. I was looking for a replacement headset for my Logitech (as it broke) and I saw the Razer at a less expensive price point. Not only is it...

Amazing gaming headphones

Over all another good gaming headset from Razer. also i really like the flexible and retractable mic on the Kraken it works a lot better than I thought it was going to.

They sound great gaming and do a really good job at letting you know where things are around you through sound, and it makes for a much more immerse experience

They are still not true surround, but I am still giving it a 5/5 because the software does a great job at simulating the 7.1 and it can tuned in you think it is off ; The one big problem I have is that the only connection on the headphones is a USB...
