Razer Star Wars: The Old Republic Gaming Headset

With Star Wars: The Old Republic now in full swing and receiving very positive reviews, it is now time to focus on some of the branded peripherals that fans of the game and Star Wars itself will be clamoring for. Our friends over at Razer have done...

The SWTOR Headset may be a little on the pricey side for a branded peripheral, but this is a headset that provides solid audio quality with great ambience and sharp tones. Overall, Razer has made a headset that builds upon the style of the Banshee and...

Razer Star Wars: The Old Republic Gaming Headset Review

Comprehensive review of Razer's latest gaming headset, Star Wars Old Republic 7.1 gaming headset

Razer has done a commendable job with these Star Wars branded headsets. Even though they’re designed with the afore mentioned game in mind, they’re still attractive enough to appeal to any gamer out there. In fact I’d say this the first time a company...

CHEAP PRODUCT DO NOT BUY

Do not buy save your money and buy another headset from another company that wont blame you for there cheap made product.

Good Sound Quality ; Good Mic Quality ; Good Cable

The plastic on it is very very cheap and it ended up just breaking in pieces on me in 5 months. I sent it in for an RMA and they blamed me for there cheap product and will not replace it. I will never buy another razer product from them again if they...

Great Headset, no problems

I read many reviews complaining about issues with the mic or sound quality and after trying i can say that none of them are true, at least in my experience.

A great headset with super clear sound, after installing Synapse 2.0 and working with it it is the best headset I have ever owned. The mic is super responsive and does great at filtering background noise. When i look at the mic in the recording panel...

Awesome

The sound clarity is amazing. The quality is outstanding, best razer headset to date! I have owned multiple razer headsets including a few newer headsets and NONE of them compare to this in comfort or sound quality

the razer synapse 2.0 software is buggy, but it is still in beta

They look good, and the pro logic works well to simulate surround sound. It is still simulated though

1. I am experiencing the same static over Ventrilo that other reviewers are experiencing. The headset also randomly disconnects for absolutely no reason. For such an expensive headset I truly feel they are not quality ; 2. The headset requires you...

Old republic headset.

If you are looking for a cheaper pc headset, the yapster blaster is the best choice for price.

The sound quality is amazing and works well. Razer synapse 2.0 works well holding all your information on a profile. The settings for 7.1 is easy to manage but sometimes you have to go to the sound settings and choose as your default system. The mic is...

Could be cheaper and sometimes you have to press the back button on the left for the mic to be heard. Sometimes it starts on mute

Worst Headset I have ever purchased

The Lights on the side are to dim even at the fullest bright setting to be seen by anyone wearing the headset even in darkened room. This is the 2nd Item I have purchased from Razer that I have had major issues with. It is also the last item I will...

It is star wars branded and When it works it works very very well. I actually heard noises in games that I had no idea were even there. The Braided Cord is very stiff and you can tell that they spent some time on this product

Windows 7 will often not see the headset upon a restart. Razer says to fix this I need to change MY power setting to work with THEIR product. I am having the same issues the guy above me is having except that I can get it to Work with Ventrilo but at...
