Razer Electra Review

Razer Electra

To be perfectly honest, I'd never heard of Razer before the Electra headphones showed up on my desk one morning. Now, before you start flaming me for being woefully out of touch with everything that is happening in the gaming world, try to understand...

Deep, controlled bass ; Sensitive enough for all devices ; Solid build quality ; Soft, luxurious earpads

Just a bit of artificially bright treble ; In-line microphone lacks controls ; No accessories ; Bulky

Razer’s Electra headphones are comfortable, reasonably priced and surprisingly balanced-sounding, considering the targeted audience.

Razer Chimaera Wireless Gaming Headset Review

In the run up to CeBIT 2011 Razer announced the Chimaera wireless gaming headset, their second console product (which is also PC compatible) and today on our test bench we have one of the first samples to evaluate.

A high quality gaming headset which performs exceptionally well with all genre's while also being a good all round audio device. Given the right material it offers a crisp, detailed sound and never lacks in bass.

Razer RZ04-00270100-R3U1 Headset - Stereo

These headphones have very good sound quality and are very comfortable. I'm able to listen a lot better with these headphones when I'm playing my games. The only problems I really have with them is I turn the volume all the way up, including my...

Works like a champ

I wanted to break in the headphones and really give them a fair chance. I wanted to wait to write a review until I had felt that I had a good grasp of the headset. So here I am. Upon first receiving the package, the box and packaging was very well...

I normally go for cheap, but...

Everything ; Only reason for the 4 eggs is because the software setup is really stupid. Also, the sound could be a bit louder. I feel like I have to turn up my computer pretty high just to hear it. However, the bass is still really great at lower levels

Software setup. If you are designing a headset, then stop giving people "general" software that works without the company's headphons. The software I'm talking about is razer surround. The lowest frequency for the EQ is 125. Thats extremely high. It...

Good sound but tigh

Sound is decent and can get loud without distortion. Good build. Nice colors

Very tight fit for my head. Felt like it was squeezing into the side of my head even at max extension. Sound was good but a bit muddy at some frequencies. Rubber wire as opposed to cloth
