sound quality was good, and mute button on mic was great for conference calls

earbuds are too fragile. The rubber end on the earbud fell off and that was wrap for the headset. the headset is unusable once earbud cover pops off

They worked fine...until the rubber part which holds the speaker to the earpieces fell off

The rubber part which holds the speakers to the plastic body easily falls off. Once you lose this piece, which is easy to do, they are very uncomfortable. Furthermore, the speaker can easily fall off once you lose the rubber piece

I did not receive the Premium headset as described and pictured. I received a lower-end headset that is no way the same item. I highly suggest NOT purchasing this item.

I bought these headphones last week and lasted exactly 5 days. Now the left earplug does not sound anymore. This is serious bad quality.
