Trouble from the start

Right out of the box I was disappointed. They fit on my head very awkwardly and I had to bend the plastic arches to make them even fit halfway comfortable. Then upon plugging in the USB I was met with a issue recognizing, and no real issue with being...

Price ; Loud clear mic

Ill-fitting (could be my head, but headset was too narrow) ; USB (conflicts with sound cards and applications) ; Losing sound/will not work after 4 months. Mic is popping and so is audio ; Far too loud. Can only set my volume to 1 or 2

Update on I'd suggest not buying

Pros: USB Connection ; Both Newegg and Rosewill have responded and have done an RMA. I appreciate the customer support on trying to correct the problem with the headset. I will post another update once new set is received and see how they perform and last

Original issue: After 4 weeks of use there is a crackling popping sound in the audio. So Annoying I will not use the headset for MMO play anymore. I was going to ask for an RMA, but seems after 30 days Newegg won't have it. So don't buy these if you...

short working life

Horrible

The sound quality and the mic is perfectly fine

It doesn't even fit on my head, the speakers doesn't completely cover my hears and it just falls off my head when I turn to the left or to the right. What kind of HEADset falls off someone's head

Consumer review by:

Cheap

i wouldnt buy them again because of quality but they were good while they lasted

Cheap and does the job

Broke after a couple months. Sound wasn't the best

Sound quality good, design flawed

Not sure if this is the headset you will want to get as an upgrade. Probably good for a starter. It won't be a headset that you can wear for more than an hour at a time and definitely not for a gaming marathon or movie.

The sound quality so far has been great for both playback and recording. Impressed with that

The design of the headset is a problem. The arms that attach to the earmuff part of the headset is anchored to the top of the earmuff because the arms pivot where they attach. This causes the earmuffs to sit unevenly over your ears as all the pressure...

Won't buy Rosewill again

Bought 2 pair in September. I found that they were a tight fit no matter how much adjustment I made. The sound quality was great and the mic worked wonderfully. By December one pair just stopped working. The inline control switch with the bright blue...

Sounds great

Very tight fit ; Set stopped working after 3 months ; Zero warranty support from Rosewill.com
