Never really worked

The retail package included a QuickStart Guide which noted that a full version of the manual was available at samsung.com/support in a PDF version. The Samsung site, however, does not acknowledge this item at all, and has no online support for it....

Looks great. Light weight. Easy to set up. Gets great reviews for call quality. Many included ear gels in clear and black; and 2 over-ear hooks (1 clear/1 black) ; Samsung provided for the cost of returning it via UPS

Great Audio

Overall, a really good unit which does what it's supposed to do - make clear calls without others repeatedly asking you to repeat what you said.

Great audio quality for others; very good audio quality for the caller. People have actually asked if I'm calling from my office, without realizing that I was calling from my car while driving

Works great!

Beware if you are planning on using this to use a NEXUS 7 as a Wifi phone w/o a carrier (roaming at home/work/Starbucks etc.). The current version of Skype checks the proximity of the Bluetooth device and causes a very choppy connection.

Great Bluetooth

I have owned this for 6 months and like it so much I bought it for my girl friend. I have had Blue Ant, Jawbone and Plantronic. This is as good or better. If you experience connectivity issues turn off your wifi.

Excellent noise cancellation ; clear sound, good volume ; Small and light weight ; easy to connect ; Charging case is convenient ; Has both in ear and over ear ability

Forget the Samsung software app, I own a Galaxy S2 and it does not work at all ; The on off switch is awkward when you forget where it is

No Multipoint

While advertised as supporting having multipoint support, will not connect to two devices simultaneously. This is a deal breaker for me, so it's going back. Otherwise, looks good, fits comfortably, and has charging case (which intrigued me).

I added a jabra ear gel to this thing and love it. It is way louder and I can wear it all day. It sticks out farther with the ear gel but there is no weight to be a problem. The ear gels can be bought in sets of 6. That is for lg, med & sm. sets of...
