Good sound and snug fit and comfortable (would be better if I didn't have such a big head!). It is also easy to use. Taking conversations is also a cool idea for this thing. You can hear the other just fine, and the other can hear you just fine
Can't think of any cons just yet, other than it won't support my Sony Ericsson Walkman (w810i)

The SBH500 headset connects to a single phone/device as well as other devices simultaneously, allowing you to receive an inbound call when one comes in.
