Total waste of time and money

Companies that sell defective garbage can please line up for Chapter 11.

nothing whatsoever

The microphone would not work, period. All troubleshooting steps attempted. Sennheiser sent a replacement-same problem. We demanded a refund-last product we'll ever buy from Sennheiser. Unbelievable this company can pass this junk off on the public

Ideal headset

Spectacular range. Good sound quality, and extremely practical to answering both cell and desk phone. A Little to big to carry around just for The celphone.

Must Have

I work in a loud office and this headset can't be beat. The noise cancelling technology is second to none and it has great sound quality. The extra battery is a must have since the charge only lasts about 4 hours per battery.

I bought this wireless headset to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking voice recognition software as this was the only wireless headset they recommended with a 5 star rating. However, the wired headset I have gives better accuracy. Set is very well made....
