Sennheiser PC150 Headset

We took a look at the PC150s big brother a few weeks ago, but these are more apt to be perused due to the fact that they cost half of the price. You'd expect these to sound far worse than the 165s... but they don't.

High quality sound reproduction ; Comfortable on the ears design ; Soft ear pods ; Noise cancelling microphone ; In-line volume controller with on/off microphone switch ; Price

Flimsy and thin cable ; Some people prefer over the ear design as opposed to on the ear

To test out the PC150s, I am going to use the same games, movies and music to get a fair comparison between the two. Since Stompfest, I have worked with the 150s quite a bit, more so than I did with the 165s. In that time, I used them to get my game on...

Sennheiser PC 140 and PC 150 headsets

Headsets - headphones with a boom microphone - are, as I've mentioned before, easy enough to find, and usually quite nasty. It seems to be generally assumed that people who need a headset do not also need decent audio quality

worse than either of these headsets, and seem satisfied enough. If you're not a headphone snob, you'll probably be quite happy with the sound of either of these

Sennheiser PC120 and PC30 Headsets

Spode launches his career in to head modelling, with these Sennheiser headsets.

These headphones are uncomfortable, with no obvious way of telling which way around they should go. The audio quality is poor, while the microphone quality is excellent. Overall though, I don't feel these offer much for the money. I've had generic -5...

Wow, I miss these guys

I used these for loud music, and FPS gaming. They are a great buy but i'd expect that they would be cheaper since they are a bit old. Still good cans!

They sound great ; eggcelent bass ; The mic sounds decent

I remember they needed a little time to break in. The ear rests were a bit stiff. The were super cumfy after though

SENNHEISER PC151 3.5mm Connector Binaural Headset

After owning the Logitech G330 headset for about 2 weeks I returned them and purchased these. This Sennheiser headset is far superior to the Logitech G330 ($50) set.

These headphones are extremely comfortable and sound excellent. My friends can also hear me very clearly. I use them for computer games and I have them plugged into my Onkyo 601 receiver, connected via S/PDIF to my computer. I use these primarily over...

Non-replaceable cord? Most consumer class headphones don't have that though, so I can't be too picky

Great sound, comfortable.

Comfortable on the ears for long periods of time, even over eye-glass arms ; Sound great to me

In-line volume controls do not attenuate enough to be useful for muting sound when needed

Best headset at its price point

I have now purchased 3 pairs of these, 2 for myself and one for my brother. They have high sound quality, a great mic, a long cord, and they are comfortable to wear for long periods. They are well constructed; my first pair is well over 3 years old and...

Honestly, there's not much to complain about here. I can't hear my girlfriend when she's calling from downstairs (is that really a con?)
