Very bad call quality, cannot use it!

I extensively use wireless headsets with my BlackBerry mobile phones. Used Pro Plantronics brand in the past, felt minor pain on my ear, so decided to switch to Sennheiser thinking they would come up with a better product that wont cause pain. So...

Don't buy it!

Nice design, fits well

The one you are calling will experience such noise that he or she does not want to continue the conversation. I had mine replaced by the manufacturer, but replacement had same problem. They replaced for another model, which has bad fit

Great sound quality for user..less so for those called.

Until those I call complain that "echo" makes it very difficult or unpleasant to talk to me, I'll continue to use it...especially while driving (which is why I bought a bluetooth headset).

Slick design, easy pairing and operation, comfortable, reasonable charge time

Those I have called have noticed an echo of their voice, possibly caused by outward facing speaker sound being picked up by mic. Turning down volume on VX100 helps some, but then user may have trouble hearing in noisy environments

Unsurpassed. Forget all other headsets.

The way you can turn on and answer a call and turn off/hang up by opening and closing the headset means the battery only runs out every few weeks. why havent the others done this

Extremely bad and unreliable

Maybe this works with other phones. I tried 2 of them, as I exchanged it thinking it was a fawlty product. No difference with both headsets. Also, the wall-mount charger was missing from both packages that I got. Not only is the item unreliable on all...

It looks great, although large and bulky, very slick design. Packaging looks fantastic. Easy to use, if it worked

Just does NOT work with iPhone 3Gs. It sometimes connects for a few seconds, then drops off completely. BT connection very unreliable. Audio is crackly. Also parts missing in the original (un-opened) pack from the shop JB-HIFI. Awful product

Excellent, but doesn't work with the iPhone

Sometimes it would work but some times, even though the iPhone showed it connected and chosen (between speaker, iPhone and VMX 100), There was no sound. Voice Mail was worse. It might work for one VM and then as I try to listen to a second, it would be...

It's comfortable, it has excellent audio quality both ways, good battery life

It doesn't work properly with the iPhone. About half the time I could receive calls properly, but sometimes not. Making calls and listening to Voice Mail was so frustrating that I wanted to scream

Excellent Bluetooth with superb sound quality

I bought it three weeks ago after reading various reviews on CNET and elsewhere. The quality of the incomnig and outgoing sound is outstanding. In the past I had bought a couple of Nokia bluetooths that were not good at all and, hence, did not believe...

Superb sound quality, stays steadily on your ear (unless you are running), with ergononomic sound and mute/end of call buttons

Thoughtful design, light and comfortable

I had trouble with how wireless head/ear sets fit my ear and their weight. I also had trouble with the sound quality of cheaper units. Those with small ear grips hurt and left marks. I ended up wearing them only during calls, which meant I took them on...

This headset fits better than those requiring ear insert. The armature pivots in all direction, allowing a snug and secure fit. I thought it looked like it might be heavy, but it's surprisingly light and I wear it even when I'm not on the phone

So far, I'm completely happy with it, although I should disclose I've had it only for a month. I found it for $64

Very comfortable headset and quite robust

Light,comfortable, comes with car charger ( Jabra charger also works with it) ; Robust-has been worn in shower 3 times and still works! Unobtrusive, easy to use ; Good sound quality and can hear well although am slightly deaf

Listners complain of an echo and have noticed that sometimes the volume fades away and have ot adjust it
