Sennheiser VMX Office

Yes, you look like a knob wearing a Bluetooth headset all the time, but at least you'll be a comfortable knob with the VMX Office.

unable to get to work

If it works, great. If not. you've spent a lot of money for nothing. Not what would expect for such a great company.

reported as excellent and versatile - including for voice recognition (Dragon)

However, unable to get base/headset to work with computer, or headset to be picked up by any Bluetooth device. Manual not much assistance - pictures only, without labels and for set-ups with phones. Customer Service resulted in only put downs/no help

Not a good value

It's slick, looks great, and does work wonderfully, but it crapped out so soon that it's not worth $200.

Works great when it works; freedom to walk around and talk. Pairs easily

Battery lost ability to hold a charge in a year. They will not look at it without my paying $129. At this price, it should last a few years without having to shell out more than half the cost of a new unit. My 13 year old Plantronics (yeah, non-wireles

Great headset

This headset gives you freedom to do other things while answering BOTH your cell and your office phone with a confortable single headset. Rag Range is not so good though.
