Shure i4c

Type: In-Canal, Sealing: Sealed, Noise-canceling: Passive, Impedance: 29 ohms, Maximum SPL: 111 dB, Weight: 1.9 oz

Great sound quality. Very good noise isolation.

Very kludgy cell phone connectivity. Unwieldy nondetachable cabling. No button for answering calls.

The Shure i4c should have been an accessory, not a standalone product.

Shure I4c-T Noise Isolating Headphones for Treo 650

The Shure I4c-T is the latest hybrid earphone/hands-free headset for the Treo 650 and 700, as well as the most expensive currently on the market. But is it worth it?

Never has a product under review left me so conflicted. The sound quality of these earphones, like other Shure 'phones I have auditioned, is simply superb. But I wish these earphones had better ergonomics. Specifically, I wish the volume control, call...

Shure i4c

I just got the Shure earbuds having tried some Sony studio grade muffs. I was looking for good sound + noise cancellation for office work environment and travel.

Best sound quality I've heard. Works with my PDA Phone + all music sources

Lack of call controls (minor) - price

Shure I4C-T Sound Isolating Earset

The i4c-t was designed to work with the Treo 650/700 phones which are mp3 and avi capable (avi with 3rd party software). If music or video sound is important to you then why not get the best headset? The i4c-t gives you an astounding level of sound...

Superior sound. Excellent (and durable) construction and engineering

Volume adjuster dial is a bit too sensitive. The cables are a bit robust - a necessary evil as they are well shielded for RF

Geek squad design, weak sound

As I do a considerable amount of traveling, I thought that I would treat myself to some incredible headphones to use with my ipod and treo. Researching the market, the product description can lead one to see these earphones as a real possibility. The...

Great quality though could be better designed

The pluses are what you would expect from Shure headphones; exeptional sound quality, great sound isolation, durable cords. The negatives were much less expected. Unlike the photo on amazon, the connector which switches between headset connector and...

Shure I4C-T Sound Isolating Earset

Bulky and clumsy

That Shure sounds good

Resisting the trend toward listening to tunes on your cell phone? Here's a pair of earphones your iPod and your cell phone are going to love.

Amazing sound; great call quality in noisy situations; in-line remote allows for source switching, call muting and volume adjustment

Pricey; awkward setup; only mono sound from the cell phone input; lack of a button for answering or declining calls

The pricey, dual-connector Shure i4c headset delivers stellar sound quality for your iPod and your cell phone, but you better have your phone on vibrate mode, or you'll miss those incoming calls.
