Great sound quality. Very good noise isolation.

Very kludgy cell phone connectivity. Unwieldy nondetachable cabling. No button for answering calls.

The Shure i4c should have been an accessory, not a standalone product.

The i4c-t was designed to work with the Treo 650/700 phones which are mp3 and avi capable (avi with 3rd party software). If music or video sound is important to you then why not get the best headset? The i4c-t gives you an astounding level of sound...
