Sound quality is great, the bass is nice :) wub wub ; Sounds better than beats ; Build is pretty strong, not your average skullcandys ; Comes with a nice carrying case ; Extremely comfortable

150 seems a bit high, i bought these when Newegg had them on sale for $99 and they were well worth that price tag
