Sony MDR-10RNC Noise Canceling Headphones Review

Sony's MDR-10RNC headphones are comfy and cancel ambient noise well, but they don't sound quite as good as they should for the price.

Comfortable and attractive design; Effective noise cancellation with optional tailoring; Audio still plays without power; Good battery life

Uneven mids can be fatiguing with extended listening; Bass is a bit muddy; Inline mic/controller lacks volume controls

Sony MDR-10RNC headphones Review

This is clearly a case of an impressive beginning, and then things not carrying forward from there. We always clarify that any reviews related to sound are extremely subjective, and in the case of the MDR-10RNC, there are some positives and equally...

Snug and comfortable fit, Noise cancelation analysis, Replacement cable in box, Bass isn't overpowering

Instances when mids and vocals aren't well defined, No auto-off for NC
