High quality sound - works well with 8110 USB adapter

We deploy these for our Cisco Communicator softphone users. The headset is comfortable enough for hours of use and has very clear sound. The people we call tell us the sound is very clear for them. We use the 8110 USB adapter which has installed on...

Comfortable, clear sound for caller and person on other side of call. Very high build quality

Expensive once you pair it with 8110 USB adapter

Do NOT buy this as a USB headset - it ISN'T

Buy Logitech.

Nice, light headset, looks good. Useless, but it looks good.

Does NOT connect to USB. Requires an $80 USB adapter (not sold by NewEgg, I believe) to work with USB. Has a "GN" telephone plug of some kind that I've not heard of before.
