Sound transmission is good at both ends. Unfortunately however, the headband is too small for the user even when fully extended.

I am sorry to say this headset fell short of its main primary function as the speaker was tinny and the people I was talking to could not hear me. I was only using it on a standard B.T phone. At least the return process was painless.
