It's a dilemma for those of us with early iphones- we need to have an adapter to use our higher quality headphones, but the adapters are very poor quality and defeat the object of this. These adapters are dreadful. The sound is weak and tinny and very...

Sound quality is dreadful. Works - but only just.

The sound degredation when using this item is quite terrible. I would recommend avoiding unless you don't mind your music sounding like it is being piped through a water pipe with added hiss.
