Purchased the unit in October. In January, it quit working. The description of the error message in the user's guide says that "the unit has been damaged and will need to be returned for servicing." The company support dept. responded that the unit...

GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

Finally, a breathalizer that works!! Up until I bought this product, I got DUI after DUI. But now, I know exactly how drunk I REALLY am when I stumble out the door!!! No need to worry anymore, just hang out until you get down to .07 and your good to go...
