For the price of this item, one would think that you will not run into any issues with this item. Unfortunately the top is very hard to screw off. If you already have pain in your hands or wrists then I would not recommend this particular item....

I love this cushion! It is quite expensive for what it is, but it is a wonderful support pillow. You can use it for your neck, back or legs (though it is a bit small for your legs). It is VERY firm, but your body will sink into it. Recommended!
