What a purchase bought this with theabs belt as well. I'm pleased with both purchases seen differences within weeks. Does what it says on the tin. Buy buy buy don't think about it!!

Thanks to Slendertone system arms I now have stronger and muscular arms I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep fit and be stronger.

Works well, work out your arms whist sitting watching the TV. Works with the slendertone system controller, no need to have a seperate controller and the controller remembers the last setting if you change it between the abs belt and the arms system....
