Tanita PD-637 Pedometer

Wanted to check if I was keeping up enough walking while I am writing my MA dissertation. Bought this little gadget, which is easy to wear clipped onto a belt or waistband, and it seems accurate enough. One gripe - not terribly easy to open up to check...

This product is unobtrusive, easy to wear and a good asset as to my overall fitness each day.

Bought for use as pedometer only for which it is proving adequate.

Easy to set up and use. Attaches securely to belt or waistband. Distance is in km by I multiply by 0.6 to get distance in miles.

Looks OK but its awkward to open and the clip that fixes it to your clothes has snapped, so not using it anymore

I use it while running and although basic it gets the job done. Time is very accurate. One thing though is that the instructions and display only mention kilometres but the distance displayed is actually in miles.

I'm not at all technical but found this pedometer quick and easy to understand and use.
