Great Bang for your buck, Perfect system for all!

First off, let me just say... You will need to get new speaker wire with this stereo, don't even bother trying the including 22 gauge wire, its laughable. I bought some RCA 14 gauge speaker wire on amazon (its especially needed for the longer runs)....

3 Large front channels, Powerful and smooth Subwoofer, Tons of HDMI Inputs

22 Gauge Speaker wire is laughable ; No Component-In

Dneon 5.1 surround sound system

Great entry level system for the price. My only gripe is the included speaker wire seems too be to weak for the system. I upgraded to monster 16ga wire and noticed a big difference in sound quality and output.

Nice system for the $$

I paid $329 on sale and I am very pleased with this purchase. The next day it went up in price to $529. I dont think I would have bought it for $529, but in the $300's, you cannot go wrong with this system. I would suggest uprgrading the speaker wire,...

A solid entry level system

Overall, the sound is good... not the exceptional quality that I was hoping from Denon, even at this level. I have the sub cranked and get pretty good sound, but it does require liberal use of the volume, which is handled well by the system.

I would say it's very good as an entry level surround system

I would like smaller speakers that can fit in smaller spaces, and maybe wireless. Otherwise, nothing

Decent.

I bought this to replace a Yamaha system I've for years. I figured reading the specs this would be a no brainer and that it would be an overall improvement. I'm not audio expert but I have to really crank the volume up to get a satisfying effect. I...

Great features and support

The remote looks rather cheap sound isn't that impressive

Got More Bang for My Buck!

I bought this HTIB which is comprised of the new AVR-391 receiver which is paired with Denon's in-house branded SYS-391 series of 5.1 speakers and hooked it up to my CrossfireX ATI Radeon HD5850 GPU which outputs both video and audio via HDMI. Not that...

Boston and Denon HTIB Kicks!

For a short time over the past few years Denon and Boston Acoustics entered the HTIB market with the $1000 DHT-687BA package which included a 5.1 surround-sound speaker system paired with a 7.1 entry-level Denon AVR-687 Dolby-Digital Receiver and an...

Versatile and expandable. Full range of controls. Accurate and loud sound.

Slightly Weak mid-range sound. You might want to add more speakers.
