The product doesn't seem to work. We replaced the battery for the remote and that allowed the remote to work but the rest of it doesn't work. How do I send it back please for a replacement?

Purchased this on 5th April,2012. Today is October 17th and this product has died on me. Warranty is only for 6 months, so I am out of luck. Just noted some similar reviews from other purchasers of this product, their media box also died after 6 or 7...
