Definitely helps sound quality

Makes a big improvement to sound quality while on a budget. A serious movie watcher or gamer might want a little more.

Completely fits my needs

I was originally looking for an ipod dock to play my music. I saw this as one of the "deals of the day" and I really couldn't pass it up. I get better sound than my tv speakers AND get to play music from my ipod. I felt like I got the best value out of...

Great Price, Easy to set up

Live soundbar nice for price

Bought soundbar Ilive for daughter because hers went out. She has the iPhone 4S and is not compatible except when you plug in with aux cord, but not on the iPod stand... I will use it because I have the IPhone 4 and works fine on the base stand.

It packs allot of power in volume for it's size

it does not have a digital coaxial input

Nice For Basics, But That's It

If you need an external speaker to compensate for weak flat panel speakers, the iLive is an adequate solution, but it's overwhelmingly "entry-level."The main inputs on the back are composite, or RCA, only. It has two sets of inputs for both audio and...

Price, iPod Dock, FM tuner is nice addition

Sound quality could be better, Equalizer settings very limited, Horrible IR angle for the remote to work

remote control

The volume adjustment does not work well on the provided remote. The directv remote cannot be programmed to control the volume on the itp280b requiring me to use 2 remotes for normal tv functions.

Sound superior to flat screen tv sound

Cant program directv remote to work with the itp280b
